Changes to Soul Equipment
Staff of Eden [S80] receives procs for level 20,25,30
20: Eden's Touch - Deals damage and can poison and steal health from target

25: Mass Recharge - Refills self and nearby party members by a large amount of mana

30: Eden's Intellect - Casts a self buff to boost INT by 5 for a short time
Executioner [S80] receives procs for level 20,25,30
20: Numb to All - Casts a self buff that adds stun resistance and damage resistance for a short time

25: Death Spike - Deals damage and steals health from target

30: Iron Maiden - Deals large damage and has chance to paralyze and steal health from target
Glacier Bow now receives ice arrow at level 5

Inferno Bow now receives fire arrow at level 5

Glacier Staff now receives mana steal 1 at level 5

Inferno Staff now receives mana steal 1 at level 5

Glacier and Inferno Kiringku now have stats from level 1 to 30

Glacier and Inferno Kiringku now receive mana steal 1 at level 5
Other Changes
Bow damage increases due to a bug with small and large damage not being applied to weapon damage

Event Token code has been inserted into the game to allow for distribution of prizes if it tests well

Other stability tweaks have been implemented
