This one has all the 4 reaper vials in it already so nothing needed more, beware many do not, you can tell if they do have all four by it being perfect round like this one you see above, so all you have to do is go to warp 9 weapons vendor and he will give you the scroll for it. You then can trade it and another scroll for soul weapon.
