The Teleport to Pledge Member and Call Pledge Member does not seem to work when a royal is a leader of a bloodpledge. Only works when royal is in a bloodpledge as a member.

Give the following error:

Player'sname[PUBLIC] is not playing now.

Also Royal reaper can still not seige/war. :(
