I just want to check if it is normal that level 20 eps never get level 15 and level 20 proc? It never display the proc of "evil pumpkin mana steal or vampiric rage" at all. Does it mean the ability is there but it does not show?


  • The level 15 and 20 did work but it did not just announce.
