TOI MOPS GIVE SXP FOR FACTION WEAPONS!....
ELEMENTAL PROCS ON WEAPONS ARE RARE!!
~granted my weapon only lvl 13 zeus w/ no stones on it but i hunted 2 hours and NEVER SAW 1 ELE PROC...
~people in pledge w/ 20 stones on their weapons procs barely go off...
~~~i don't think anyone looks at these or responds either tho :(
~~~i will discuss w/ ppl in game that aren't afk in shops

Elemental procs on weapons were reduced significantly with the last update, along with the procs on weapons. Crits and elemental procs now deal more damage to compensate for this.
