I think it would make sense for Mid-Grade Elixirs to be usable to 31 instead of 25.
I don't think they're used much currently. The X sets and some other new items require 32 stats and some players have used all their level up points so they can't reach 31.
If I use Mid-Grade Elixirs now I'd probably never raise that stat to 31 and if there was an item I wanted with 32 requirement I'd never buy it.
Even if I had the money and was a strong character if I use this item I'll never buy some items which hurts the economy because it excludes certain people that are willing to buy and put the time in because they used this item.
So I'd like it to be raised to 31 so I wouldn't regret it someday if I wanted to keep playing and enjoying this server for years to come.

Stats were made so that it's difficult to get them to 31.
