I've read all the threads that I can on the issue, yet I'm still having it. I have disabled my antivirus (Microsoft Security Essentials, if it's important), uninstalled and then reinstalled with it disabled, then ran it as an admin in XP SP3 compatibility mode. It still says "Lineage.exe has stopped working" and that Lin.bin has crashed! Pretty much desperate right now.


  • Any errors with the installer or logins have to do with something on your computer, such as having a previous version or another Lineage server installed. You have to uninstall ALL Lineage files from your PC, and then follow the installation instructions. There have also been some reports of install failures when using Windows 8. Other than that, there are no current issues that have been noticed.
